Tender Description
Punjab Small Industries Corporation invites reputed and experienced firms/contractors for the up-gradation of the Pakistan Handicraft Shop located at PSIC House, Davis Road, Lahore. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014.
Items being procured:
- Up-gradation works of Pakistan Handicraft Shop at PSIC House, Davis Road, Lahore
The project completion period is 4 months. The estimated cost is Rs. 28,810,205 with an earnest money deposit of Rs. 1,440,510 required in the form of CDR in favor of the Director Works & Development, PSIC Head Office Lahore. The bidding documents containing technical and financial proposals are available free of cost on the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement portal.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above for the current year, valid legal entity registration such as SECP or Registrar of Firms, and valid tax certificates from FBR and PRA. Firms must not be blacklisted by Punjab Small Industries Corporation and must upload the earnest money on the e-Procurement portal before the closing date and time.
Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement system by 28-09-2026 no later than 10:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, 1st floor, 23-A Davis Road, PSIC House Lahore, in the presence of applicants or their representatives.
Applicants are advised to register immediately on the Punjab PPRA website for participation. Submission on the e-Procurement portal is the sole responsibility of the applicant. False information will lead to disqualification under Clause 19 of PPRA Rules 2014. Bid validity is 180 days from submission date.
