Construction of Police Khedmat Markaz and Installation of Single Arm Pole Solar Lights in Various Union Councils of Takht Bhai District Mardan

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Takht Bhai District Mardan is procuring construction and installation works under the Accelerated and Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI-2025-26). This tender invites bids from eligible and experienced firms or contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and enlisted with the Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and KPPRA Authority for the current Financial Year. Items being procured: - Construction of Police Khedmat Markaz at Police Station Takht-e-Bhai - Installation of Single Arm Pole Solar Lights in Union Council Jalala, Shergarh, Hatyan, Mady Baba, Lundkhwar & Mian Essa - Installation of Single Arm Pole Solar Lights in Union Council Dman-e-Koh, Kot Jungara, Seri Bahlol & Jehangir Abad - Installation of Single Arm Pole Solar Lights in Union Council Narai, Saro Shah, Takkar & Pat Baba The scope includes civil construction of a police service center and installation of solar-powered single arm pole lights across multiple union councils in Takht Bhai. The works require compliance with PEC categories CE01, CE04, CE09, CE10, EE01, EE02, EE03, EE04, EE06, EE10, EE11 (solar and general electrical works), ME-06, ME-07, BC01, and BC02. Firms must hold Electrical Inspectorate License/Certificate Category A for the electrical works. The project will be executed as per work orders with earnest money deposits of 2% of the estimated cost. Bidders must submit fresh LCB registration for the current financial year, CNIC photocopy, KPRA and FBR registration, valid PEC registration, company documents, financial soundness proof, experience records for last five years, and audited reports. The bid security must be included in the financial proposal with an affidavit in the technical proposal. SECP registration is mandatory for incorporated companies. Bids must be submitted physically by courier or registered post before the deadline and electronically via EPADS.
