Construction of precast wall from K block towards C block of residential colony TPS Guddu

The Central Power Generation Company Limited (CPGCL), GENCO-II, TPS Guddu invites bids for the construction of a precast wall from K block towards C block of the residential colony at TPS Guddu, located in Kashmore, Sindh. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the security and structural integrity of the residential colony by constructing a robust boundary wall. The technical scope includes excavation, PCC 1:4:8 brick foundation, PCC 1:2:4 for fixing precast columns, and providing and fixing precast concrete columns and slabs. The wall will extend 5500 feet in length and 8 feet in height, with columns buried 2 feet underground and 8 feet above road level. The rate per square foot is Rs 600 excluding tax, with a total estimated cost of Rs 30,360,000 including 15% SRB. The project duration is 180 days.
