Construction (Supply and Fixing) of Prefabricated Rooms/Facilities at Federal Constabulary H-11 Islamabad

The Federal Constabulary Headquarters invites sealed single stage two envelope bids (Financial and Technical Proposal) from eligible contractors for the construction, supply, and fixing of prefabricated rooms and facilities for the Federal Reserve Division (FRD) Wing for male and female at Federal Constabulary, H-11, Islamabad. The bidders must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and have registration renewal for the year 2026-27. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours in the Committee Room at Federal Constabulary Headquarters Peshawar Cantt. Items being procured: - Construction (supply and fixing) of Prefabricated Rooms/Facilities for male and female at Federal Reserve Division (FRD) Wing The technical scope includes supply and installation of prefabricated rooms at the specified site in Islamabad. The project requires contractors with valid PEC registration and experience in similar works. Original bid security of 2% of the tender cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Inspector General, Federal Constabulary Headquarters Peshawar is mandatory along with the bid documents. The successful bidder whose rate is below the estimated cost by 10% will be required to deposit 8% security of the estimated cost in the shape of CDR within 7 days, failing which the bid will be cancelled and 2% CDR forfeited. Tender documents and BOQ can be obtained from the office of the undersigned three days prior to the opening date. Bids must reach the office before the closing date and time. The contractor or his authorized representative should participate in the tender process. Any cutting or overwriting in BOQ and Tender Form will lead to cancellation. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without assigning reasons as per PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to quote costs in figures and words.
