Prequalification for Rehabilitation and Upgradation Works at PAC Kamra and MES Complex

The Military Engineer Services (MES) office of CMES (DP) PAC Kamra invites applications for prequalification of contractors for various rehabilitation and upgradation works under PPRA rules 13 (1) of 2004. These works are located primarily at PAC Kamra and MES Complex in Kamra city. Items being procured: - Rehab of Dangerous Walls of different Bungalows at O/Area ARF - Rehab/Up-gradation of Community Washrooms at Different Hangars T/A ARF - Rehab of Horse / Saddle Club at D/A ARF - Provision of Furniture to makeup deficiency at ITC Ward PAC Hospital in D/A ARF - Miscellaneous Up-gradation works at PAC Hospital - Rehab/Up-gradation of Power Network for Security Lights, Cameras, Towers at D/A ARF - Up-gradation of Quarters of MRF at MES Complex - Construction of FOD wall on both sides of Taxi Track and Up-gradation of ventilation system in Acft Hangar at T/A MRF - Installation/fixing of inverter ACs (Phase-IV) at T/A MRF - Rehab of Officer Accommodation (FD-65, 66 & 67) at MRF Colony - Rehab of Shelter Accommodation (DSF Block No. 02) at MRF Colony - Rehab of safety grill for Airmen Accommodation at D/A AMF - Reconstruction of Mesh Wire Fence for Graveyard Area Beside Block No. 07 & 05 at AMF - Provision of filtration plant for Shaheen Colony at D/A MRF - Construction of security track from grapes garden to Tower No. 72 D/A AMF - Provision of self leveling epoxy for pathways in Building No 106 at T/A AMF - Re-Carpeting of Road MG-16 to Tower No. 65 at D/A AMF - Rehab of Officers Accommodation of APF - Construction of FWO Store at D/A APF - Up-gradation of Water Supply System at D/A - Uplifting of stairs hall Building No. 55 C at ARF - Construction of Additional Road near PAC DW&CE Building at T/A ARF - Provision of filtration plant for JCO's Accommodation at D/A ARF - Rehab of Horse Stable at MRF - Supply of Bazar Material F&S Items for D/T Area ARF These works involve civil rehabilitation, electrical upgradation, installation of security and ventilation systems, and supply of materials at various locations within the PAC Kamra and MES Complex. Contractors must have relevant experience and PEC registration in appropriate categories. Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories 'A', 'B', 'C', or 'D' with suitable experience should apply. Applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials must be submitted by 15 October 2026. Tender documents will be issued to qualified firms on 16 October 2026. Completed tenders must be received by 1130 hours on 22 October 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. Contractors must certify no litigation or adverse reports exist against them and must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Inspection of contract conditions and schedules is available at the CMES (DP) PAC Kamra office during working hours. Contractors are encouraged to attend the tender opening. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your PEC registration category matches the required classification and submit all credentials well before the deadline to avoid disqualification. Thoroughly review the contract conditions at the CMES office to avoid surprises during execution.
