Construction of Ragmass Chech Dam at Ornach Area Tehsil Wadh District Khuzdar

The Irrigation Division Khuzdar invites bids for the construction of Ragmass Chech Dam located at Ornach Area, Tehsil Wadh, District Khuzdar for the fiscal year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Ragmass Chech Dam at Ornach Area Tehsil Wadh District Khuzdar with an estimated cost of 100,000,000 PKR The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be present in the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-4 and above (up to 200 million) in relevant specialized codes CE04(I) for Dams/Water Retaining Structures and CE04(iii) for dams only is mandatory. Bidders must have completed similar work with a turnover of at least 70,000,000 PKR in the last three years and demonstrate financial capacity. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount must accompany the bid in the form of a Bank Guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank.
