Construction and Rehabilitation of Assistant Commissioner Offices and Improvement of ADCs Offices in Vehari

The Communication & Works Department, Buildings Division Vehari invites contractors and firms enlisted or renewed with PEC for the Current Financial Year 2026-27 to participate in e-tendering for construction and rehabilitation works in Vehari, Punjab. Contractors must quote rates online against each item of the BOQ before 11:00 AM on 15.10.2026. The bid opening will be held at 11:30 AM the same day in the office of the Commissioner Multan Division Multan. A 5% bid security of the estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical call deposit receipt will be accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder will be required to submit a performance security/guarantee of 10% of the bid amount within 15 days of receipt of the notice. The bid security will be released only after acceptance of the Letter of Intent and submission of the performance guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal.
