Procurement of Civil Works for Upgradation and Renovations of Laboratories at Gilgit-Baltistan (Chillas, Skardu & Gilgit) for Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response System

The National Institute of Health (NIH) under the Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response System (IDSRS) Project invites financial quotations exclusively from eligible pre-qualified firms for civil works involving upgradation and renovations of laboratories at Gilgit-Baltistan, specifically in Chillas, Skardu, and Gilgit. This procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 and is a restricted call-off/mini-competition among pre-qualified firms only. The procurement comprises one indivisible lot covering all three sites: Chillas, Skardu, and Gilgit. Items being procured: - Upgradation and renovations of laboratories at Chillas - Upgradation and renovations of laboratories at Skardu - Upgradation and renovations of laboratories at Gilgit The technical scope includes comprehensive civil works for laboratory facilities to support the Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response System. Bidders must be pre-qualified firms registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the prescribed format. E-bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Eligible firms must submit their e-bids through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 12:30 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM via EPADS v2.0.
