Construction, Rehabilitation and Black Topping of Roads and Culvert in Swabi

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the ePAD system for various road construction and rehabilitation projects in Swabi. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer C&W Division Swabi II and follows the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure as per KPPRA procurement rules 2014, amended up to 10-05-2022. Items being procured: - Construction, Rehabilitation & Black Topping of Jehangira Road (0.27 KM) - Construction / Rehabilitation / Black Topping & PCC of Jabar Walayat Khel Road (0.76 KM) - Street Pavement at Jabar Road - Construction of Slab Culvert at Jabar Road These works are funded by Tobacco Cess in Tobacco-Growing Regions under ADP No. 250730 (PK-51). The projects involve civil construction and rehabilitation works including black topping and slab culvert construction, all to be completed as per work orders. Eligible bidders must comply with all mandatory requirements stipulated in the Bid Solicitation Documents and Instructions to Bidders, available for download at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/. Bids must be accompanied by tender form fee @ 0.03%, stamp duty, and bid security @ 2% of the engineer's estimate along with additional security if applicable, as per KPPRA S.R.O. (14)/Vol: 1-24/2021-22. Bid and additional securities instruments shall be submitted in hard copy to the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Swabi II before the submission deadline, with scanned copies submitted electronically on the ePAD system. Incomplete or unsealed bids and those received after the closing time will not be entertained. Representatives must submit an authority letter on the firm's letterhead, duly signed and stamped by the owner. Bidders must quote rates electronically as ABOVE/BELOW/AT PAR based on the MRS applicable. Bids will remain valid for ninety (90) days. The deadline for submission of e-bids is 09-09-2026 at 12:00 PM, with financial bids opening on the same day at 12:30 PM.
