Tender Description
The C&W Highway Division Haripur is inviting bids for the construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of BT and PCC roads in the Hazara region. This tender covers multiple road construction projects aimed at enhancing local infrastructure and connectivity. The works include the construction of the Joulian to Kotha BT road, PCC road from Komal Payeen to Halli via Neela Halli, PCC road and culvert at Saradhna U/C Najafpur, rehabilitation of BT roads and streets at KTS/Tarbela, and construction of roads from village Qazipur to Hassanpur, Aldo Jabbi to Nakarchian, and Sheikh Choor to Jalali in UC Qazipur.

The technical scope involves civil works on bituminous and cement concrete roads, including culvert construction and street rehabilitation. The projects require adherence to approved technical standards and specifications under the supervision of the competent authority. Eligible bidders must hold valid PEC registration in category C-4 or C-5 as applicable, be enlisted with the C&W Department, and possess NTN/Income Tax certificates along with FBR/ATL registration. Experience in similar road construction projects over the last five years is mandatory.
The tender documents can be downloaded from the E-PAD system or obtained from the office of the Procuring Entity upon submission of a formal application, valid PEC registration, and payment of a non-refundable printing fee of Rs. 5,000. The last date for submission of bids is 12 August 2026 by 12:00 PM, with technical bids to be opened on the same day. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 06 August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the C&W Highway Division Haripur office.
