Construction Improvement and Rehabilitation of BTR Roads in D.I.Khan Division Packages A to E

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Communication & Works Department invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the construction improvement and rehabilitation of BTR roads in D.I.Khan Division under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. The works are divided into five packages covering multiple road rehabilitation and construction projects with specified lengths mostly ranging from 1.5 to 7 kilometers. The work requires compliance with KPPRA rules and submission of electronic bids through the E-PAD system. Eligibility criteria include PEC category C-2, NTN active status, KPPRA active registration, CNIC, and C&W enlistment for 2027. Earnest money and bid security as per work order are required. Bids will be valid for 90 days. The last date for submission and opening of bids is 22-09-2026 at 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM respectively. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the E-PAD system on or before the deadline. The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division D.I.Khan. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all three E-Bids documents (PEC, NTN, KPPRA, CNIC, and C&W enlistment) are complete and accurate to avoid disqualification. Early submission is advised to avoid last-minute technical issues.
