The Communication & Works Department in Swabi is inviting electronic bids from eligible firms for a series of development initiatives funded by Tobacco Cess in tobacco-growing regions. The works are part of ADP No. 250730 (PK-51) SH and are focused on the improvement and rehabilitation of key road infrastructure in Swabi. The following items are included in this tender: - Construction, Rehabilitation & Black Topping of Jehangira Road (0.27 KM), Estimated Cost: 6.681 Million PKR - Construction / Rehabilitation / BT & PCC of Jabar Walayat Khel Road (0.76 KM), Estimated Cost: 20.118 Million PKR - Street Pavement at Jabar Road, Estimated Cost: 3.676 Million PKR - Construction of Slab Culvert at Jabar Road, Estimated Cost: 2.030 Million PKR All works require PEC Category C6 & Above with relevant code. Bidders must comply with all mandatory requirements as per the Bid Solicitation Documents, which are available at the KP e-procurement portal. Each bid must be accompanied by a tender form fee at 0.03%, stamp duty, and bid security at 2% of the engineer's estimate, with additional security if applicable. The deadline for electronic submission of bids is **09-09-2026 at 12:00 PM**, and the opening of financial bids will take place the same day at 12:30 PM. Bids must be valid for ninety days.
