Construction and Rehabilitation of Roads and Street Lights in Lodhran District

District Council Lodhran invites electronic bids for development schemes on item-rate basis through Single Stage–Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Eligible Engineering Firms/Contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) are invited to participate. Firms must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license/enlistment for Financial Year 2026-27 in relevant categories and fulfill all eligibility and technical qualification requirements. The procurement will be conducted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules and PPRA Regulations. The estimate for the schemes is framed under MRS B1- 2nd Annual 2026 Lodhran District. Items being procured: - Construction of Carpet Road from DC Office to Children Park via Ghalla Mandi & Majid Hotel Link Road, Lodhran Length ~0.80 km - Rehabilitation of Stadium Road from Multan Road to Nalay Wali Masjid (0.35 Km) and Installation of Street Lights on Bhatta Khanesa Road from Bypass Road to Multan Road via Stadium Road Length ~1.75 Km - Beautification of Canal Road (Both sides) from Lodhran–Bahawalpur–Khanewal Road to Railway Line Length ~1.02 Km - Providing & Fixing of Street Lights and Tuff Tile from Mailsi Chowk to AC Office Kehro Pacca Length ~1.75 Km - Installation of Street Lights on Main Roads within Dunyapur City - Beautification & Upgradation of Qasim Park, Kehror Pacca City Technical proposals and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 15/10/2026 at 02:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM. Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Digital Bank Guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, etc. will not be accepted. Successful bidders will be required to furnish Performance Security equal to 5% of the contract price through SWIFT MT760. Bids shall remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
