Construction and Rehabilitation Works for Minority Religious Sites and Solar Street Lights in Sibi District

The Local Government Sibi invites sealed percentage rate tenders from eligible contractors for a series of construction and rehabilitation works under the PSDP Programme 2026-27 in Sibi district. This opportunity is open to firms with valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and discipline. The works are focused on the improvement of minority religious sites and associated infrastructure, as well as the installation of solar street lights and water supply lines. Items being procured: - Construction of boundary wall of Christen graveyard and solar street lights of Christen and Balmik and Hindu communities of Sibi (PSDP.No.3602/22026.0219) (Estimated cost: Rs. 19.90 Million) - Rehabilitation and additional work of Sati Kewal Ram Mandir Lehri, District Sibi (PSDP.No.3602/22026.4050) (Estimated cost: Rs. 19.90 Million) - Rehabilitation and additional work of Shankar Mandir and home solar for minorities of Sibi (PSDP.No.3617/22026.3975) (Estimated cost: Rs. 19.90 Million) - Construction and additional work of community hall Lehri, District Sibi (PSDP.No.3619/22026.4160) (Estimated cost: Rs. 19.90 Million) - Providing and laying main UPVC pipe line from Nari head to Killi Biraham Sibi (PSDP.No.22026.4016) (Estimated cost: Rs. 9.95 Million) - Laying of 9" pipe line from BD road to Killi Shahan Sibi (PSDP.No.22026.7321) (Estimated cost: Rs. 14.925 Million) - Laying of 9" pipe line from BD road to Killi Shahan Sibi (PSDP.No.22026.7321) (Estimated cost: Rs. 14.925 Million) The technical scope includes civil works for boundary walls, rehabilitation of religious structures, installation of solar-powered street lighting, and laying of UPVC water supply pipelines. Contractors must have completed at least three similar assignments in the last three years and provide completion certificates, authority letters, and valid tax registrations (NTN & Sales Tax). Earnest money is 2% of the estimated cost for each work, and a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2000 applies. Bids must be submitted in two envelopes (technical and financial) at the Office of the Senior Assistant Director Local Government Sibi by 28-09-2026 at 10:00 AM. The opening will take place on the same day at 11:00 AM.
