Repair and Renovation of Local Govt Rest House and District Complex Rest House with Furniture at District Barkhan

The Provincial District Barkhan invites eligible bidders for the repair and renovation works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Repair and renovation of Local Government Rest House at District Barkhan (BSDI Phase-III) - Repair and renovation of District Complex Rest House and Furniture at District Barkhan (BSDI Phase-III) The works involve comprehensive repair and renovation of government rest houses including furniture refurbishment at Barkhan. The procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA and must be present in the Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory.
