Tender Description
The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids for the major renovation and refurbishment work of its Qazzafi Chowk Branch (1325) located in Multan, Multan Region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the branch facilities with comprehensive civil works including dismantling, masonry, plaster, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, painting, furniture supply and installation, plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, air conditioning, and other related works.

The scope covers all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the complete execution of the renovation and refurbishment as per the detailed specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04, have active FBR and provincial revenue board registration, and have completed at least three similar contracts in the last three years with a total value of at least PKR 5 million.
Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security or bid securing declaration is required as per bidding documents. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. The contract duration is 120 days with performance guarantees and liquidated damages applicable as per contract terms.
