Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04, have active FBR and provincial revenue board registration, and have completed at least three similar contracts in the last three years with a total value of at least PKR 5 million. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security or bid securing declaration is required as per bidding documents. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
