Construction and Rehabilitation Works for Sports Facilities in Swabi Area Development Project 2026-27

The Sports and Youth Affairs Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for multiple construction and rehabilitation works under the Swabi Area Development Project 2026-27 (PK-50) ADP No. 250727. Bidders must have active registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories C5 and C6 as applicable, and must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Experience of at least two similar projects in the last five years, each valued at no less than 70% of the engineer's estimate, is mandatory. Joint ventures are not accepted. Ownership or lease agreements for key construction equipment such as excavators, rollers, compactors, and concrete mixers relevant to playground works must be demonstrated. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required along with the bid submission.
