Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for various construction and rehabilitation works under the Swabi Area Development Project (Block Provision for Projects funded from 10% Net Hydel Profit) for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement follows the HYPRA Procurement Rules 2014, amended up to 10-05-2022, using a single stage single envelope procedure on the EPADS platform.

- Construction of Community Centre in Baja
- Construction of Community Centre in Kaddi Rashaka
- Extension of Janazgah in UC Kaddi
- Construction of Janazgah in Pabenai
- Construction of Janazgah in Ghar
- Repair/Rehabilitation of Different Government Schools at Tehsil Topi & Gadoon
- Construction/Rehabilitation/BT/PCC Galla Pantia Batakara Road (0.7 Km)
- Construction/Rehabilitation/BT/PCC of Shagai Topi Road (0.4 Km)
These works involve civil construction and rehabilitation activities including community centers, janazgahs, school repairs, and road works in Swabi. The projects require contractors with PEC categories C-5 and C-6 and above with relevant codes. Bid security in the form of CDR must be submitted electronically along with the e-bid. All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and comply with the KPPRA notification No. S.R.O (14)/Vol: 1-24-2021-22 dated 10-05-22.
The last date for submission of e-bids is **11-09-2026 12:00 PM**, with technical bids opening at **12:30 PM** the same day.
