Construction and Rehabilitation of Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes in Nowshera District

The Public Health Engineering Division Nowshera invites bids through the e-procurement system EPADS for the construction and rehabilitation of water supply and sanitation schemes under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI) ADP No 1021/251269 for the financial year 2025-26. This tender covers multiple works in the district of Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including the construction and rehabilitation of water supply schemes and sanitation infrastructure. Items being procured: - Water Supply Scheme Gandheri - Water Supply Scheme Khesgi Bala VC-03 - Water Supply Scheme Rashakai - Construction/Rehabilitation of Solar Base Tube Well along with Overhead Tanks & Sanitation Schemes in UC Manki Sharif, Pahari Katti Khel, Shah B. Kot, Jalozai, Nizampur, Kahi, Bara Banda, Kheski Bala & Payan, Heri Kati Khel, Nowshera Kalan & Badrashi and Ziarat Kaka Sahb - WSS Bahadar Khel UC Manki Sharif The scope includes civil works for water supply and sanitation schemes, installation of solar-based tube wells, overhead tanks, and related infrastructure. Bidders must be registered with EPADS, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, Pakistan Engineering Council in the required category, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority with active status, Federal Board of Revenue with active NTN status, and hold a valid Standardized Certificate of Product (Pumping Machinery) or valid dealership/authorization from a standardized manufacturer. Additionally, a valid Electrical Contractor License (Class-E) issued by the Inspectorate of Electricity, Energy and Power Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and registration with the Provincial Enlistment Committee Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are mandatory. Bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS before the deadline. A 2% bid security of the estimated cost in the form of an original call deposit is required before the closing date and time. Bids will be opened online in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
