Tender Description
The Karachi Port Trust (KPT) through its Civil Works Department invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of KPT Flat No. GK-40 located at KV.43 Building Keamari, Karachi. This procurement is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget with reserved funds allocated for this purpose. The scope of work includes all necessary civil repair and maintenance activities to restore and maintain the flat in good condition as per the specifications detailed in the bidding documents.
Items being procured:
- Repair and maintenance works for KPT Flat No. GK-40 at KV.43 Building Keamari
The technical scope covers all civil works required for the flat, including structural repairs, finishing, and any related maintenance tasks. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform to participate and submit their bids electronically. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
