Tender Description
The Karachi Port Trust (KPT) Civil Works Department invites bids for the renovation and maintenance of the Office of the Traffic (Complaint) located on the ground floor of the old building at the KPT Head Office in Karachi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P143775.
Items being procured:
- Renovation and maintenance works for the Office of the Traffic (Complaint) Ground Floor Old Building at KPT Head Office
The scope includes all civil works necessary to restore and maintain the office space, ensuring it meets operational standards. The project site is at the KPT Head Office, Eduljee Dinshaw Road, Saddar Sub-Division, Karachi South District.
Eligible bidders must comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and submit bids using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Pay Order or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents.

The expected commencement date for the work is Monday, March 8, 2027. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 22, 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM using EPADS v2.0, with the opening session starting at 10:30 AM.
