The projects require experienced contractors with proven capacity and financial strength. Eligibility criteria include registration on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), no blacklisting by any procuring agency, and completion of at least two similar assignments with a turnover of at least PKR 69,602,003 in the last three years.
