Construction and Renovation Works for Gujar Khan Monument and Sarwar Shaheed Nishan-e-Haider Library Boundary

Municipal Committee Gujar Khan invites item rate tenders on E-procurement as per PPRA rules for various construction and renovation schemes under the TS rates (MRS 2nd Biannual 2026). Contractors must ensure quality control and timely completion as per work order terms. Bid security/CDR of 5% of estimated cost is mandatory. Valid PEC license category C-6 or above, active income tax and sales tax registration, and non-blacklisting status are required. Bidders must upload bids on E-procurement portal and may purchase bid documents from MO(I) branch after paying Rs. 5000. The bid submission deadline is 05-10-2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1:30 pm in the office of Municipal Committee Gujar Khan. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected.
