Tender Description
The Pakistan Navy Military Engineer Services (MES) office of CMES (Navy) Compak at PNS Karsaz invites sealed tenders for various construction and repair works under PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004. The procurement is for facilities located at Karachi and NAS Turbat, Sindh.
Items being procured:
- Provision, Installation, and Construction of Certain Facility at Karachi
- Provision, Installation, and Construction of Certain Facility at NAS Turbat
- Abnormal Repair, Replacement, Major and Minor Maintenance Works at Karachi
- Abnormal Repair, Replacement, Major and Minor Maintenance Works at NAS Turbat
- Supply of Fresh Water
These works involve construction, installation, and maintenance activities at naval facilities in Karachi and Turbat. Contractors must have relevant experience and credentials to be eligible. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory, and only contractors registered with PEC and listed in MES categories 'A', 'B', 'C', or 'D' with experience in similar works may apply. Contractors must also provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ).
Tenders must be submitted in sealed form and received by 1130 Hrs on 06 October 2026. The opening of tenders will take place at 1200 Hrs on the same day. Interested contractors may be present at the opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Para 33 (i) of PPRA Rules.
