Construction and Renovation Works at Gujar Khan Monument and Municipal Committee Office

Municipal Committee Gujar Khan invites item rate tenders on E-procurement as per PPRA rules for various construction and renovation works under the TS rates (MRS 2nd Biannual 2026). Items being procured: - Construction of welcome to Gujar Khan Monument with allied works on G.T road Sohawa Side - Construction of welcome to Gujar Khan Monument with allied works on G.T road, Mandra Side - Construction of front boundary wall, gate and pillars with allied works of MC office Gujar Khan - Renovation/Decoration of front entry gate and boundary wall of Sarwar Shaheed Nishan-e-Haider Library Housing Scheme No. 1 including construction of 2 toilets/bathrooms and allied works The works involve civil construction and renovation at multiple sites within the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Gujar Khan. Contractors must have PEC license category C-6 or above, valid registration with active income tax and sales tax under relevant authority, and submit all required documents including bid security/CDR of 5% of estimated cost. The lowest bidder will provide additional performance security if the quoted rates are within 5% of the estimated cost. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. Bidders are advised to upload the bid on E-procurement portal before the submission deadline and ensure timely submission as MC Gujar Khan will not be responsible for any issues. The bids will be opened on the closing date at 1:00 pm in the presence of contractors or authorized representatives. The successful contractor will be required to sign an agreement on stamp paper as per government rules. The time period for completion will be mentioned in the work order after approval of rates.
