Items being procured: - Misc Works: Construction, repair, maintenance, replacement, and abnormal repair works (residential and non-residential buildings, external services, electricity, water supply, sewerage, and roads) at Hyderabad, SRC, Bholari, Petaro, Kotri, and Ganju Takkar - Provision, construction, installation, re-installation, and replacement of miscellaneous components (residential and non-residential buildings), services, sheds at Hyderabad, SRC, Bholari, Petaro, Kotri, and Ganju Takkar - Term contract/bazar supply and departmental charges for B&R, E&M, and water supply sub-division under GE (Army) Hyderabad for Hyderabad, SRC, Bholari, Petaro, Kotri, and Ganju Takkar The technical scope covers a broad range of civil and electrical works, including both routine and abnormal repairs, as well as the supply and installation of various building components and services. Contractors must have sufficient experience in similar works and will be scrutinized for eligibility. Firms not on the approved MES list must submit detailed statements of previous works executed in the last two years, including ongoing projects, using the provided proforma. Earnest Money and other bid securities are required as per standard PPRA and MES procedures.
