Construction and Repair of Paving Block Road and Street at Various Places in UC # 41, TMC Paretabad, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation

The Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (HMC) invites sealed bids for the construction and repair of paving block roads and streets at various locations in UC # 41, TMC Paretabad, Hyderabad. Items being procured: - Construction and repair of paving block road and street at various places in UC # 41, TMC Paretabad, HMC The technical scope includes excavation of borrow pits, dismantling of cement concrete, dressing and levelling of earthwork, providing and fixing cement paving blocks of specified size and strength, erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works, and cement concrete plain works including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing. The work is to be executed in a workmanlike manner strictly following the specifications and drawings provided by the Executive Engineer (Civil), HMC. The contract period is 12 months from the date of commencement. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid NTN Certificate, PEC registration, SRB registration, and registration on E-PADs under SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended). Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a pay order in favor of Deposit Fund for Security HMC.
