Repair and Renovation of Offices Alloted to SIFCD (Room No. 204-D) at Executive Office, Sector G-5, Islamabad

The Civil-Maintenance Division PMOH, Maintenance of Public Buildings Directorate (Capital Development Authority (CDA)) invites sealed bids for the repair and renovation of offices allotted to SIFCD (Room No. 204-D) at the Executive Office, Sector G-5, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is open to eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. The scope includes dismantling wooden ceilings and partitioning, providing and fixing Vin board cabinets, false gypsum ceilings, wall putty application, emulsion painting, lacquer polishing of wooden surfaces, supply and erection of electrical wiring and fittings, installation of energy-efficient exhaust fans, laminated wooden flooring and skirting, solid wooden partitioning with glass, window blinds, LED lighting, socket outlets, and laying of Dura Duct for electrical wires. Items being procured: - Dismantling wooden ceiling (93.88 sqm) - Dismantling wooden partitioning (90 sqm) - Providing and fixing Vin board cabinet 3/4" thick (9.76 sqm) - Providing and fixing false gypsum ceiling (58.55 sqm) - Wall putty application 2mm thickness (124.16 sqm) - Emulsion paint 1st and subsequent coats (128.72 sqm) - Lacquer polish on wooden surfaces (26.21 sqm) - Supply and erection of single core PVC insulated copper conductor cables (various lengths) - Providing and fixing Pakistan Energy Label NEECA approved copper wound exhaust fan 12" dia - Laminated wooden flooring 8mm thick (567 sqft) - Laminated wooden skirting 8mm thick (50 sqft) - Solid wooden partitioning with 6mm glass (457.5 sqft) - Fixing 5mm, 6mm, and 8mm thick glass (various sqft) - Repair/replacement of window blind rolling machines (12 units) - LED light 18 watt 6" round (40 units) - Three pin socket outlets 5A and 15A (20 units total) - Laying of Dura Duct 16x25 for electrical wires (180 running feet) The technical scope covers all materials, fixtures, and workmanship as per specifications and market rates. Bidders must be registered with PEC for works and FBR for tax compliance. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or bid securing declaration is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 26, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 12:00 PM via EPADS. The contract will be awarded on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee as per the bidding documents.
