EP-62 Safe Loading, Unloading, Carriage, Transportation, Erection, Excavation, Back Filing & Complete Earthing of HT/LT PCC Spun Poles (36 & 31) Feet under Jurisdiction of XEN Sheikhupura Construction Division, LESCO

The Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO) through its Project Director Construction Circle invites bids for the EP-62 Safe Loading, Unloading, Carriage, Transportation, Erection, Excavation, Back Filing & Complete Earthing of HT/LT PCC Spun Poles (36 & 31) Feet under the Jurisdiction of XEN Sheikhupura Construction Division, LESCO in Lahore. This procurement involves the safe handling and installation of 410 HT PC Spun Poles of 36 feet and 50 LT PC Spun Poles of 31 feet. The scope includes safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation from Regional Store LESCO (Walgon Sohail / Pattoki) or designated locations by the concerned XEN construction division to various sites, excavation, erection, back filling, and complete earthing with welding as per WAPDA Standard Design Instructions (SDI). Items being procured: - Safe Loading, Unloading, Carriage, Transportation of 410 HT PC Spun Poles (36 feet) - Excavation, Erection, Back Filling & Complete Earthing of 410 HT PC Spun Poles (36 feet) - Safe Loading, Unloading, Carriage, Transportation of 50 LT PC Spun Poles (31 feet) - Excavation, Erection, Back Filling & Complete Earthing of 50 LT PC Spun Poles (31 feet) The contract duration is 365 days from the date of award. Bidders must be registered with PEC under categories EE-04 and EE-05 for the year 2026-27, have valid CNIC, be active taxpayers with FBR and PRA, and provide evidence of relevant experience with at least one satisfactory performance certificate from DISCOs or similar organizations. A bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 28 October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The evaluation method is Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). The contract includes a 6-month defect liability period and 10% retention money. Payments will be made by the concerned Executive Engineer after submission of required documents. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and site conditions before submission.
