Construction & Repair of Surface Drains Type- A & B at Various Streets of Ward No 2 Town Committee Jhol Taluka Sinjhoro District Sanghar

Town Committee Jhol invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the construction and repair of surface drains Type- A & B at various streets of Ward No 2 in Jhol, Taluka Sinjhoro, District Sanghar. This procurement is conducted under the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (amended up to date) using the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Construction & Repair of Surface Drains Type- A & B at Various Streets of Ward No 2 The scope includes excavation, cement concrete work, brick work, cement plaster, construction of standard open drains and culverts, RCC work, and fabrication of mild steel reinforcement as per detailed specifications and drawings. The work is to be completed within 12 months from the date of commencement. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, possess valid NTN, Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board registrations, and have active taxpayer status on FBR ATL. They must have completed at least two similar works in the last two years and have two ongoing projects of similar nature. Submission of a bank statement for the last three years and an affidavit confirming no blacklisting or litigation is mandatory. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- must be submitted via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Chairman, Town Committee Jhol. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft from any scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded, and original instruments submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of Town Committee Jhol before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 18-09-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is 90 days. Conditional, incomplete, or unsigned bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. An integrity pact is required for contracts exceeding Rs. 10 million.
