Construction and Repair Works for Balochistan Special Development Initiative (Phase-III) at Various Locations in Gwadar

The CWPP&H Department District Gwadar invites bids from eligible contractors for the execution of multiple construction and repair works under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (Phase-III) for the year 2026. These works are based on composite schedule rates with 20% rates tender fee 1000 and bid security 2% for each work. Bidders must have relevant PEC categories and be registered with the Pakistan Revenue Authority. A minimum of 70% work completion in two consecutive previous years is required. Earnest money in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit call of 2% is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings CWPP&H District Gwadar upon payment of Rs. 1,000 as tender document fee. Bids must be submitted by 9th September 2026 at 11:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Building Fish Harbour Road Near Civil Hospital Gwadar.
