Construction of Residences and Offices with Diesel Generator Sets at Lahore High Court Multan Bench

The Communication & Works Department, Buildings Division No. 1 Multan, invites PEC registered engineering companies, firms, joint ventures, and contractors to participate in tenders for construction works at Lahore High Court Multan Bench. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38 Procedures for selection of contractors. Items being procured: - Construction of Residences for Officers / Officials at Lahore High Court Multan Bench (Provision of Diesel Generator Set 200-KVA Prime Power: 01 Nos.) - Construction of New Administration Block at Lahore High Court Multan (Provision of Diesel Generator Set 500-KVA Prime Power: 01 Nos., CCTV System, Fire Alarm, Smoke Detector, Computer Networking & Telephone System, Fire Fighting System, Electric Sub Station Equipment including Transformers, H.T, L.T Panels, Sub Main Panel, Power Cables & Other allied items) - Construction of Regional Office and Facilitation Center of Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) at Multan (Provision of Diesel Generator Set 500-KVA Prime Power: 01 Nos.) The scope includes civil construction works with specialized electrical installations such as diesel generator sets, CCTV, fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, computer networking, telephone systems, fire fighting systems, and electrical substation equipment. The projects are located in Multan and require compliance with technical specifications appended in the bidding documents. Eligibility requires PEC registration in relevant categories ME-02, ME-03, EE-02, EE-04, EE-05, EE-06 & EE-11 renewed for the financial year 2026-27. Contractors must submit 5% bid security as per PPRA rules via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Performance security of 10% of the approved bid amount is required within 15 days of LOI issuance. Technical bids will be received and opened electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System (ePADS). Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation. The bid opening committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule-35.
