Minor Renovation Works of NBP IBB City Branch Larkana (2043), IBR Sindh & Baluchistan

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids for the Minor Renovation Works of NBP IBB City Branch Larkana (2043), IBR Sindh & Baluchistan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit their bids electronically by the deadline of Thursday, November 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. Items being procured: - Dismantling and removing existing masonry walls, false ceiling, tile flooring/walls, doors, windows, glass work, electrical and plumbing fittings, front boundary wall and grills - Reinforced cement concrete (3000 PSI) including RCC walls for vault and beams/lintels - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry work with cement sand mortar - Plaster work with specified thickness and cement/sand ratio - Plain cement concrete (PCC) under floor and flooring - Porcelain tiles flooring - Column cladding with MDF and tactile sheets - Supply and installation of wooden doors and partitions including glass partitions - Internal paint works including plastic emulsion, weather shield, enamel paint, and distemper - Wooden cabinets for record room and kitchen - Gypsum sheet false ceiling and laminated gypsum tile false ceiling - Cornice installation - Imported synthetic fibre roller blinds - Laminated flooring - Repair and servicing of G.I shutter grills - Installation of imported door machines and hydraulic door closers - Logo/theme wall at reception - Wooden rafters and NBP glass logos - Glass frosted glitter paper application - Stainless steel planters and trash bins - Supply and installation of plumbing fixtures including European style W.C, toilet hand spray, wash basin mixers, kitchen sink, toilet accessories, brass valves, UPVC pipes, and floor traps - Electrical wiring including PVC conduit wiring, switch sockets, wall bracket fans, LED down lights and panels, industrial sockets, refurbishment of cables, and replacement of MCBs The scope covers all civil, electrical, and plumbing works as per detailed specifications and drawings. Eligible bidders must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04, active taxpayer status with FBR and provincial revenue boards, and must not be blacklisted. Experience of at least three similar contracts of minimum PKR 2 million each in the last three years is required. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of pay order or banker's cheque or a bid securing declaration. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and attend the pre-bid clarification deadline on November 16, 2026. The work is to be completed within 90 days from commencement. Submission of bids is strictly online through EPADS; manual submissions will not be accepted.
