Construction of Residential Accommodation for Officers of Works & Services Department Flat No B-01 1st Floor at Hyderabad (Internal Civil Works)

The Provincial Buildings Division Hyderabad invites bids for the construction of residential accommodation for officers of the Works & Services Department at Flat No B-01, 1st Floor, Hyderabad. This procurement covers internal civil works including dismantling, masonry, plastering, painting, flooring, and installation of doors and windows. Items being procured: - Dismantling glazed or encaustic tiles (1200 Sft) - Providing and laying cement concrete solid block masonry wall 6" thick (968 Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 up to 12' height (1000 Sft) - Two coats of distempering on new surface (1000 Sft) - Laying floors of approved coloured glazed tiles 1/4" thick (1400 Sft) - Providing and fixing G.I frames/chowkhat for doors (112 Rft) - Providing and fixing doors, windows, and ventilators of deodar wood frames and teak wood ply shutters (300 Sft) - French polishing on new works (600 Sft) The scope includes all civil works and water supply & sanitary fittings such as UPVC pipes of various diameters, earthenware European commodes, lavatory basins, squatting type W.C. pans, bathroom accessories sets, C.P. muslim showers, and bib cocks. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with FBR and PEC where applicable. Earnest money of 5% of the bid amount is required, which will be converted into performance guarantee after successful bidding. The contract period is three months from the date of commencement. Income tax at 8% will be deducted from bills. Bids must be submitted by 20-11-2026 at 11:30 A.M. at the office of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division, Hyderabad, located at G.O.R. Colony Rd, Gor Colony, Hyderabad. The bid opening will be held on the same date and time.
