Construction of Retaining Wall and Rehabilitation of B/T Road from Basham Check Post to Kili Muhammad Shahi Kanak and Rehabilitation and Improvement of Black Top Road Karez Qadi (Village) Sardar Allah Yar Khan Baduza in Mastung District

The C&W PP&H Department District Mastung invites bids for important road construction and rehabilitation works for the year 2026. The projects include the construction of a retaining wall and rehabilitation of the blacktop road from Basham Check Post to Kili Muhammad Shahi Kanak, and the rehabilitation and improvement of the blacktop road at Karez Qadi (Village) Sardar Allah Yar Khan Baduza, both located in Mastung District. Items being procured: - Construction of retaining wall and rehabilitation of B/T road from Basham Check Post to Kili Muhammad Shahi Kanak (Estimated Cost: Rs. 26,864,186) - Rehabilitation and improvement of blacktop road Karez Qadi (Village) Sardar Allah Yar Khan Baduza (Estimated Cost: Rs. 19,897,302) These works are to be executed based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA and have relevant experience and financial capacity. The bidder must have completed assignments of similar nature with financial capacity supported by audit reports from ICAP registered firms for the last three years. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call.
