Items being procured: - Supply of Automatic Traffic Barrier System Model: VUM 050C (4 units) including Brand: Vehicle Motion - Taiwan, Designed for long operation life, Heavy Duty DC Based System, Electronic PLC controller, Fast operation raise and lower in 1.5 sec to 8 sec, Adjustable speed, Operation system listed above ground, System includes main operating system, power supply, boom pole 3 meter without batteries - Road Loop Detector Taiwan with Loop Wire Flexible 1.5 Mtr Pure Copper - Traffic Lights Local Manufacture Green Arrow Cross Plastic Body - Supply of Long-Range RFID Reader, Power Supply 9-10 Meter - Supply of Long-Range Reader Pole & Feeder - Supply of Access Controller 2 Door Taiwan AOP - Installation and Testing Commissioning Transportation (1 job) The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of the above traffic barrier system and related accessories at WAPDA Town Multan. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with relevant authorities (NTN, GST, etc.), financial soundness, valid PEC/CORD category CDR, and experience of similar 100-KW+ projects. Bidders must submit a bid document fee of 905 PKR and a bid security in the shape of CDR, pay order, demand draft, or bid guarantee issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan valid for 90 days after the opening date of the tender in favor of Secretary WECHS Limited Multan. Tender documents can be obtained from the WECHS office during working hours upon payment of Rs. 1000 (non-refundable) for each tender. Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the respective tender number. Late or incomplete tenders will not be accepted. The procurement will be carried out strictly in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date). The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules.
