Construction of Ring Bund to Village Ghaibi Dero Taluka Kamber

The Executive Engineer Irrigation Warah Division Larkana invites bids for the construction of a ring bund to Village Ghaibi Dero Taluka Kamber, identified as the most affected village in 2022. This project is funded under ADP Scheme No. 1374 of 2026 with an estimated cost of **PKR 149.639 million**. The scope includes civil works for the bund construction aimed at flood protection and water management in the area. The technical scope covers earthworks, embankment construction, and related infrastructure as detailed in the Bill of Quantities and specifications. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the same office by 11:00 AM on 18.05.2026. Technical and financial bids will be opened at 12:00 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Earnest Money in the form of bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory. The bid validity period is 90 days. Performance security of 10% of the contract price will be required from the successful bidder. The contract duration is 15 months from the date of commencement.
