Construction of Roads from Darwaish Abad to Ali Abad Road and Nagri Tutial to Batkanala Road in Malakand & Hazara Division

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Communication & Works Department invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the construction of roads in Malakand and Hazara Division. The projects include two major road works: - Construction of Darwaish Abad (Khan Kalan) to Ali Abad Road (3.5 KM) - Construction of Nagri Tutial, Mari to Batkanala Road (2.5 KM) These works are part of the ADP No.1504/220754 (2025-26) and involve road infrastructure development to improve connectivity to tourist spots in the region. The estimated cost for the first road is Rs. 93.897 Million and for the second road Rs. 63.500 Million, totaling Rs. 157.397 Million. Bidders must have PEC registration in categories C-4 & Above for the first road and C-5 & Above for the second road. Bid security and tender fees are required as per the tender documents. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method on the E-PAD system. The technical scope includes all civil works necessary for road construction as per the approved designs and standards. Bidders must submit their bids electronically by 16th October 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation approval.
