Augmentation of Drinking Water Supply Distribution Network in Urban Areas of South Waziristan Upper District

The Local Government and Rural Development Department South Waziristan Upper District invites sealed tenders through the EPADS portal for the augmentation of the drinking water supply distribution network in urban areas of the district. The works involve construction and augmentation of water distribution networks to improve water supply infrastructure. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year 2026-27. Bidders must also have valid FBR and KPRA registration including Active Taxpayer status. Bid security in the form of a CDR at 2% of the estimated cost is required for each lot. The bidding documents are available for download from the official EPADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and the KP-PPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk) after publication of the NIT. Bidders must upload scanned copies of the bidding documents through EPADS at the time of bid submission. The original bid security must be delivered by courier to the Office of the Assistant Director (Sr) LG & RDD District South Waziristan Upper. The last date and time for submission of electronic bids is **15th October 2026 at 12:00 PM**, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bids shall remain valid for 180 days from the closing date. In case of a tie, the successful bidder may be determined through a draw/toss, which shall be final.
