Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the E-PADS system for important development initiatives funded by Tobacco Cess in tobacco-growing regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, specifically in District Charsadda and Merged Districts. The procurement is for two main works:
- Development Initiatives Funded by Tobacco Cess in Tabacco-Growing Regions ADP No. 2255/250730 (2026-27): Installation of solar systems in Masajids, Madaris & Schools in PK-62 under Tobacco Cess share District Charsadda
- Special Package for Construction / Reconstruction / Rehabilitation & Improvement of Masajid, Madaris & Darul Ulooms in KP including Merged District ADP No. 86/250092 (2026-27): Construction & Reconstruction of Jamia Masjid Fawad Koroona Janokai Tehsil Tangi
The technical scope includes installation of solar systems and construction/reconstruction works on religious and educational buildings. The required PEC category is C-5 & above with specialization codes EE11 or solar works for the solar installation, and C-6 & above for construction works. The estimated costs are Rs. 54.698 million and Rs. 1.473 million respectively.
Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and comply with KPPRA procurement rules 2014. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost plus stamp duty is required. Tender fee is 0.03% of the estimated cost. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system by 20 October 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening on the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Building Division Charsadda.
