Tender Description
The Urban Planning & Development Department Makran Division at Kech invites experienced contractors to participate in a comprehensive construction tender. This tender covers multiple civil works projects across Kech district, Balochistan, including educational and administrative infrastructure as well as essential sanitation facilities.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Science Lab at GGHS Tanzag BMIS Code 09671 (BSDI Phase III)
- Construction of 2 Additional Classrooms & Boundary Wall at GBPS Bandgah Turbat (BSDI Phase III)
- Construction of 2 Additional Classrooms, Solarization, Water Tank, Two Washrooms at GBPS Chot Dasht (BSDI Phase III)
- Construction of 2 Classrooms and Washroom at GBPS Shay Zangi Dashti (BSDI Phase III)
- Construction of Conference Hall at Deputy Commissioner Office Turbat (BSDI Phase III)
- Construction of Sewerage Line at Turbat (BSDI Phase III)
- Construction of Trasher Room at Teaching Hospital Turbat District Kech (BSDI Phase III)
The scope includes full civil construction works such as building classrooms, science labs, conference halls, washrooms, sewerage lines, and solarization of water tanks. The projects are part of the BSDI Phase III development plan, requiring adherence to composite schedule of rates 2026, G.O.B. amended up-to-date standards. The sites are located in Turbat and surrounding areas within Kech district.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and appear on the Active Tax Payer List. Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan and should have completed at least three assignments of similar nature. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory, submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank.
