The sites are located in Turbat and surrounding areas within Kech district. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and appear on the Active Tax Payer List. Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan and should have completed at least three assignments of similar nature. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory, submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank.
