Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Nankana Sahib is inviting bids for the construction of sewerage and sanitation works system covering multiple Union Councils including Fatha Thata, Chaind Pur, Baghtaira UC576, Morah, Malka Haji 187/1, Namdar, Machora, and Saleem Pur Paka in Tehsil and District Nankana Sahib. This project is part of the 1st Bi-Annual 2026 plan and aims to improve sanitation infrastructure in the region.
The technical scope includes comprehensive sewerage and sanitation system construction across the specified UCs. The work involves civil construction, plumbing, and sanitation infrastructure development as per approved DNIT and government standards. The estimated cost of the project is **PKR 73.395 Million** with an earnest money requirement of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or other financial instruments.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors or firms with a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the relevant category for the financial year 2025-26. Registration on the Punjab PPRA website is mandatory. Bidders must also have valid FBR registration and active PST status. Submission of original CDR and complete bidding documents is compulsory.
