The Public Health Engineering Division Sheikhupura invites tenders for the approved development scheme for the year 2026-27 covering the period from 1st January 2026 to 30th June 2026. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) and submit bids through the EPADS (PPRA). A digital bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must accompany all e-bids, verifiable on Punjab E-Procurement. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) system as per PPRA Rules 2014, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Bids must be item-wise and complete to be entertained. The technical bids will be opened on 19.10.2026 at 02:30 PM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Sheikhupura. Earnest money amounting to Rs. 13,592,133/- is required. Performance guarantees up to 10% may be submitted as Pay Order, Bank Draft, Cash, or Bank Guarantee valid for three months beyond the completion date. Insurance company guarantees are not accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule-35. Bidders are advised to carefully fill item-wise rates and produce a summary at the end.
