Supply of Cold Storage Plant and Standby Generators at Turbat

The Directorate Agriculture Economics & Marketing Balochistan Quetta invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the supply of a Cold Storage Plant (2 Tonshour) and Cold Storage (1000 M.Ton) (2 chambers) along-with 3 Nos. Refrigerated Containers & 2 Nos. Standby Generators at Turbat for a period of three (3) years. Items being procured: - Cold Storage Plant (2 Tonshour) - Cold Storage (1000 M.Ton) with 2 chambers - Refrigerated Containers (3 Nos.) - Standby Generators (2 Nos.) The bidding is under a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure (Technical & Financial Proposal). The successful bidder must provide Bank Guarantee equal to two months installments and sign an agreement on judicial stamp paper at the rate of 0.25% of total contract value. The bidder must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and have FBR/ATL registration. The tender opening will be on 16th October 2026 at 02:00 PM. Bids must be submitted by 16th October 2026 at 11:00 PM in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and project name. The tender documents can be obtained from the Directorate office during working hours. Earnest money of Rs. 100,000/- (non-refundable) must be deposited with the bid. 10% of the approved rent amount will be enhanced annually with 10% enhancement each succeeding year. The successful bidder/contractor shall pay 25% amount of total offer/bid in the shape of bank draft in advance and 10% performance security as advance in shape of bank draft. The Directorate Agriculture is not responsible for any kind of strikes, natural disasters such as flood, drought, or unfavorable weather and other conditions beyond human control.
