Construction of Solar Based Irrigation Tube Well and Solarization of Existing Electricity Tube Wells in Merged Districts

The Irrigation Division District Orakzai, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids through the EPAD System Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for the construction of solar based irrigation tube wells and solarization of existing electricity tube wells in merged districts on a need basis under ADP No. 250066-2026-27. Items being procured: - Package-01: Construction of Solar Based Irrigation Tube Well and Solarization of Existing Electricity Tube Wells (Rs. 29.309 Million) - Package-02: Similar works (Rs. 18.55 Million) The scope includes installation of solar power systems for irrigation tube wells, solarization of existing electricity tube wells, and related civil and electrical works. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and hold a valid PEC license in category C5 & above (CE-04,E-11). Active tax payer status with the Income Tax Department is mandatory. Bidding documents, criteria, and terms can be downloaded from the official EPADS website and the Irrigation Department portals (www.irrigation.gkp.pk and kppra.gov.pk). Original Call Deposit from the schedule bank, attested copies of PEC registration, CNIC, NTN, and KPRA registration must be submitted in a sealed envelope by post, courier, or representative to the office of the Executive Engineer Irrigation Division District Orakzai before 27-08-2026 at 12:00 Noon. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 27-08-2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the undersigned. Bids must include 0.03% of the estimated cost as tender entry fee in the form of a separate CDR which is non-refundable. Bids will remain valid for 90 days. In case of a tie in electronic bid costs, the successful bid will be decided by draw.
