The Public Health Engineering Division Killa Saifullah invites sealed tenders for the construction and supply of solar machinery and pipe for multiple water supply schemes in Killa Saifullah, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Construction of Water Supply Scheme Killi Abdul Rehman Alozai: Supply & Installation of Solar Machinery & S/O Pipe - Construction of WSS Killi Sardar Abdullah Jan Jogezai: Supply & Installation of Solar Machinery & S/O Pipe - Construction of Water Supply Scheme Killi Alam Near N-50: Supply & Installation of Solar Machinery & S/O Pipe - Construction of WSS Killi Zarghoon Near Balana Hotel: Supply & Installation of Solar Machinery & S/O Pipe - Construction of WSS Killi Zainullah Sanzar Abad: Supply & Installation of Solar Machinery & S/O Pipe - Construction of WSS Killi Sardar Usman Jogezai: Supply of Pipe The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rule 2014. Eligibility criteria include registration with tax authorities (FBR / Balochistan Revenue Authority Tax Payer & active NTN & BRA), registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27 in relevant category and specialized code CE09 (Solar), EE11 (Solar only), EE11 Firm must have valid Electrical Contractor license and ISO 9001:2015 Certificate. Firms must attach dealership certificates, purchase documents, invoice bill of lading, and goods declaration of solar panels. Experience of similar work with PHE Department up to 5.00 million is required. Firms must provide address and contact numbers for verification and show financial capacity with available credit limit of 5.00 million. Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. The pipe supplier must be manufacturer of pipe. Tender documents will be issued from the date of advertisement publication upon presentation of requisite documents and tender fee. The last date for submission of documents is 09 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:00 AM.
