Construction of Solar Water Supply Scheme at Killikanak and Kanak 2 Under PHE Khuzdar

The Public Health Engineering Division Khuzdar invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of a solar water supply scheme at Killikanak and Kanak 2 under PHE Khuzdar jurisdiction in District Khuzdar for the year 2026. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Construction of Solar Water Supply Scheme at Killikanak - Construction of Solar Water Supply Scheme at Kanak 2 The project involves civil works related to solar water supply systems, requiring expertise in solar power installation and water supply infrastructure. The estimated cost for this work is Rs. 5,204,019. Eligibility criteria include presence on the Active Taxpayer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. The bidder must have completed at least one assignment of similar nature with a turnover of at least Rs. 3,642,813. Financial capacity and PEC registration are also required. Bid security of 2% of the tender cost must accompany the bid in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 1,500 as issuance fee. The last date for bid submission is 17 November 2026 by 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division Khuzdar. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids in accordance with the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
