Conditional tenders and submission of forged documents or CDRs will not be entertained and legal action will be taken against offenders. Successful bidders offering rates more than 4.99% below the estimated cost must deposit additional performance security equal to the difference amount as per Finance Department letter No. RO(Tech)FD.1-2/2017 dated 16-11-2022.
