Tender Description
The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) invites bids for a frame work contract to design, manufacture, and install up to 10 mud houses / Goopas styled after Cholistan/Thar desert at various tourist sites across Punjab. The number of Goopas may vary depending on fund availability. Items being procured:
- Designing, manufacturing and installation of up to 10 mud houses / Goopas at various tourist sites of Punjab
This contract involves the complete working designs and installation of traditional styled mud houses to enhance tourism infrastructure. The contractor must provide renders and original pictures with the bid to demonstrate capability in manufacturing and installation. The procurement will be conducted online through the EPS Punjab Electronic Procurement System. Interested firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments as active filers and have EPS registration. A bid security of Rs 50,000 (5% of estimated cost) in the form of CDR or unconditional bank guarantee is required. The bid security must be uploaded online and the original submitted to the Project Director's office at the Program Management Unit of TDCP.
The bidding process follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Orders will be placed during the financial year 2026-27, and the contractor must install the Goopas within the specified time at the directed tourist sites. Incomplete or late bids will not be entertained. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 12, 2026, at 11:30 AM at the Conference Room, PMU-TDCP, 68-Trade Center Block, M.A Johar Town, Lahore.
