Construction of Solar W.S.S Sat Killij Suni and Killi Junibi Suni MC Khuzdar under PPL CSR District Khuzdar Civil Work

The Executive Engineer PHE Division Khuzdar invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Solar Water Supply Scheme (W.S.S) Sat Killij Suni and Killi Junibi Suni MC Khuzdar under PPL CSR District Khuzdar. This civil work is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates for the year 2026. Items being procured: - Construction of Solar W.S.S Sat Killij Suni - Killi Junibi Suni MC Khuzdar The project involves civil works for solar water supply schemes in Khuzdar district. Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) and have active tax payer status. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or authority. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is required. The bidder must have completed at least one assignment of similar nature with a minimum value of Rs. 3,642,813 in previous years, demonstrating financial capacity. Tender fee is Rs. 1500 and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, to be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division Khuzdar upon payment of Rs. 1500. The last date for issuance of tender documents is 17 November 2026 during office hours. The last date for bid submission is 17 November 2026 by 11:00 AM.
